Head instructor Elena Anta a Fitness Pioneer In South Florida
Elena started the first Pilates,  program in North West Miami-Dade in 1999. Along with her husband she started the first fitness kickboxing program in Doral in 1998. She was the first female in South Florida to get certified in Burn with Kearns MMA Fighter Fit by creator Kevin Kearns.
Elena started the first Piloxing class in Florida in 2010. She was the only person outside of California to be certified in the inaugural instructor training certification in Piloxing in Hollywood, California on March 28, 2010, introducing Piloxing to the east coast. It was only natural for her to get certified in the first instructor training PILOXING KNOCKOUT on February 2015. She trained and was certified directly under Viveca Jensen.
She has been featured on numerous TV shows, newspapers and magazines. Elena was also featured in “The Ageless Warrior Fitness” Book.
