Anta’s Fitness and Self Defense is an certified affiliate Burn with Kearns MMA Fighter Fit Training Center. Head instructor Julio Anta is a Burn with Kearns MMA Fighter Fit level 3 certified instructor who is also a certified ISSA Fitness Instructor, certified in 3 kettlebell organizations, Battling Ropes certified instructor and numerous other fitness certifications. In the martial arts Anta is a certified Muay Thai, Krav Maga, Jeet Kune Do and
Kung Fu instructor. He also cross trains in Gracie Jiu Jitsu. Also teaching MMA Fitness are three level two instructor all trained under Kevin Kearns, Elena Anta, Hector Arcia and Joe Chao. Our trainers goal is to help you reach your goals in a fun, safe environment.
